职位描述/要求: The Job: 工作职责: As a key member of our Human Resources Team, you will be providing a full spectrum of human resources services to internal customers, maintaining effective partnership with line management and business leaders to drive business growth through the provision of human resources services including recruitment, compensation administration and policy implementation. S/He will from time to time accomplish human resources initiatives according to internal policy and practices as well as legal compliance. 作为人力资源团队的关键成员, 将会向公司内成员提供全面的人力资源服务。维持与业务管理商业领导的有效合作,通过提供包括招聘,薪酬福利、培训、绩效考核、行政、政策执行等人力资源服务推动业务增长。 根据公司法律、内部政策和惯例,持续主动完成人力资源工作。 S/He will work closely with HR partners in Hong Kong and other PRC cities. 需要与香港及中国大陆其它人力资源同事密切工作。 The successful candidate will have: 成功候选人将具备以下条件: Degree holder with a minimum of five years experience in human resources function, preferably at managerial capacity for two years 学士学位及以上,至少具备5年人力资源工作经验,其中2年管理经验优先。 Strong interpersonal skills as well as effective presentation skills in contributing sound ideas with solid human resources knowledge 优秀的人际关系技巧和有效的表达技巧,扎实的人力资源知识。 A resourceful, self-motivated and results driven team player.
