职位描述/要求： Job Title Senior Game Designer Location Shanghai, China Responsibilities Lead a team of designers to enable online experiences for EA franchises with directions from producers and studio partners Collaborate with producers, engineers, artists and other designers to craft challenging and entertaining experience Update design templates and guidelines for the design team to create compelling and unique content in the online space Uphold product quality and maintain design vision of the franchises Meet development schedule with on-time delivery and quality Mentor and train entry-level designers on tools, techniques, principles, pipeline and process Assist project managers to estimate schedule, identify risks and track progress Assist studio management team to recruit and expand the design team so it can deliver content for multiple titles Requirements Ability to read, write and speak English Strong understanding of multiplayer gameplay mechanics and online business models Ability to generate design requirements and guidelines from scratch; create content with feedback from producers Proficient in various design tools to prototype, construct, script and polish content Able to design within technical limitation and other constraints Demonstrate strong analytical skills to solve problems and think outside of the box 5+ years of game development knowledge on shipped titles Ability to communicate design concepts and goals effectively Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality Experience in leading a team of game designers with great rapport May require travel as needed Desirable Skills Game design credit on at least two online titles Efficient in following software packages - PhotoShop - Maya - 3D Studio MAX College degree in fine arts, computer science or architecture Avid gamer .
