职位描述/要求: Primary Responsibility Provide secretarial assistance to a Partner/Partners and project team(s) Manage calendar and telephone messages Schedule meetings and appointment Make various travel arrangement Coordinate with key clients for business arrangement Support/organize conferences and events Provide other secretarial/administrative support as assign Expected Credentials University graduates, major in English or business administration At least 2 years work experience as an executive assistant with a multinational company Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service Strong PC skills and demonstrated typing skills Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Professional and proactive service attitude and able to work under pressure An enthusiastic and motivated team player .
