职位描述/要求： -In charge of the production process control -Overcome the production process troubleshooting -Maximize the production effeciency and productivity -Keep the product with high quality Job Responsibilities: 1.Standardize the process specification; work out the process control segment;follow up the process control plan 2.Optimize the process to maximize the production efficiency and productivity 3.Overcome the process troubleshooting and work out the process ability analysis 4.Work out the process training to the relate person 5.Coordinate the NPE to run-in the new product in the production 6.Audit the production line to keep the correct operation 7.Take part in the equipment investment;keep the high quality equipment 8.Learning the new knowleadge for the process skill ( leadfree , Cpk , FMEA ) and contact with any authority department , introduce and implement in the process Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree or above with the major in Electronics 2.5+ years PCB process control experience 3.Understand the PCB equipment operation and testing function , design background is prefer 4.Familiar with the new product development process 5.High iniative and motivation , want to develop industry career 6.Strong analysis and discretion 7.Good communication skill in English .
