职位描述/要求： Location: Beijing Supervisor: American based in Beijing Brief Job Description This is an entry-level position requiring no previous experience however related work experience and education will be highly valued. Support CGM Product Support staff with initiatives and actions within the China Region. Work with Dealers and Customers in conjunction with senior rep ultimately gaining experience and stature to work independently with dealers and customers. A critical element of the job is to provide analysis and communication support in multi-lingual situations. Development and training will be provided in the following areas: CGM Product Support and Equipment Management practices, software and initiatives such as: 1. Maintenance Strategy Reference 2. Site Assessment 3. Contamination Control 4. CPI Caterpillar Information Systems Product Technical and Application awareness training 6 Sigma Green Belt Training Eligibility Degree In Mining Engineering preferred, other engineering degree acceptable Native Mandarin speaker Fluent English written and spoken Outstanding presentations skills Travel requirement up to 50% .
