职位描述/要求： Key Job dimensions (financial scope, headcount etc): 1. Staff Reporting: 2. Support 300 PCs; 15 Servers3. Geographic Responsibility: Area Team Qualifications/Minimum Required(Education/Experience/Competencies): - Fluent in English both verbal and written required. - Ability to work independently. - Good written and presentation skills. - Network operations experience. - Experience for LAN operations. - Good knowledge of PC hardware/software - Experience of technical support. - Experience of Telecom/PABX- Good service spirit - BA/BS or equivalent experience required Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 1. Perform helpdesk function for the site to be the 1st tier support for all systems and applications, except those has been defined as supported centrally (such as BPCS). 2. Daily maintenance of local network system including servers, PCs, printers, PABX and other network equipment, provide service to all users. 3. Keep anti-virus software update. 4. Maintenance of local email system, troubleshooting for end users. 5. Prepare technical documents and give technical training to all users. 6. Installation of new hardware and software, new telephone extension. 7. Keep security for local network system. 8. Apply upgrades to hardware and software. 9. Provide backup and disaster recovery service. 10. Keep compliance of all systems and solutions with Area IT. 11. Manage and monitor IT assets, software licenses. 12. Establish site IT documents&SOPs and keep them updated. 13. Perform some area level IT infrastructure functions. 14. Other duties as required. .
