职位描述/要求: Responsibilities: 1.Assist to develop winning brand propositions and launch mix 2.Assist to develop activation platform 3.Connect with consumers ongoingly to seek every business opportunity&distill strong consumer insights by working closely with CMI team 4.Collaborate with China BB team on launch support plan 5.Monitor brand development budget * The Assistant Brand Development Manager will be fully responsible for a major innovation project. Requirements: 1.Minimum 3 years brand development experience in multinational FMCG company 2.Strong consumer insight and marketing research knowledge 3.Innovation project management skills 4.Good communication, presentation influencing skills 5.Ability to work under pressure independently and the flexibility with business travel 6.Excellent oral and written English .
