职位描述/要求： Duties and responsibilities - Understand and analyze local markets,demopraphic populationdensity consumer progile,transports and commercial enironment in order to establish development plan - Arrange conduct of traffic counts as required - To find the internal signage locations in each city - Review progress of site finding and take actions to step up the pace - Keep track of our key competitors" development plan and feedvack to real estate manager with detail - Work with Real Estate Manager to establish CER for a potential site Qualifications: - English speaking - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in site development - Good comments on national site development - Good team builder,good customer service - Strong communication,negotiation and management skills .
