职位描述/要求： Major Activities: To in charge all the financial function of the department Ensure accounting records are correct Ensure all required financial reports are submitted on time Ensure the financial records and compliance with local laws Review the adjustments to convert the accounting statements from local books to US GAAP financial statements Liaise with external parties, including auditors, banks, and government authorities, including Custom Bureau and Tax Bureau Ensure compliance with the exchange control requirement in China Training of subordinates of the Finance Dept Review and set up of accounting policies of the company Review and evaluate internal control of the company. Ensure internal controls are sufficient to meet the requirement of S. 404, SOX. Any other ah hoc assignments from superior Competencies required for accepted performance of this position: Knowledge (As in job-related understanding&knowledge) Well versed knowledge of accounting standard, both PRC and US, and function of a foreign manufacturing company Business minded. Able to give direction for business decision making Skills (As in technical, management&general skills) Able to communicate with all level of people in the company effectively. Other abilities (Please specify) Good command of English. Able to communicate in English with foreigners Industrious Can work under pressure. Able to meet deadlines within short period of time. Self starter Team player. Able to deal with different level of people Strong leadership. Able to lead a small group of subordinates with different level of experience. Education Level College/University degree holder of Accounting or related field CICPA .
