职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: Cost Control and Time Control management on projects; Cost Control System - planning, setting up and management/maintenance of Control and Reporting Protocols; Subcontractor Cost Control System - management and development of ; Establishment of Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Independent Baseline Review(IBR) Capabilities as additional Cost Control Function in the near Future; Prior Knowledge of AS 4817 and Strong Fundamentals on the Cost Planning, WBS, Cost and Change Control of construction contracts; Mentoring and Induction of Staff within Cost Control and other Depts on Cost Control management ; Requirements: B Eng/B Sc QS Degree or Accreditation in Cost Control or Cost Engineering like AACEI, Minimum 8 years" relevant experience in construction projects, >USD 100 Mill in Value, Semiconductor experience is preferred, Solid experience with multinational/international clients and contractors, Strong knowledge in developing procurement planning, Establishing and maintaining database for tendering, Able to communicate on senior management level with clients, Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, Strong analytical skills, energetic, self-starter and adaptable to changes, Effective leadership and management skills, Team and result-oriented with the ability to balance business considerations, .
