职位描述/要求: Job Responsibilities: Support HRM to provide One-Stop HR Services in all aspects to our Guangzhou Branch, including but not limited to Salary&Benefits Administration, Employee Relationships Management, Recruitment&Resourcing, training coordination, etc. Develop, coordinate and execute Compensation&Benefits Process and Procedures In charge of Payroll&Salary Administration, Social Insurance&Housing Fund Administration, and IIT Administration Keep close contact with local bureaus on HR related policies/regulations update Administrate HR System, ensure the data integrity Assist HRM for other ad hoc HR tasks Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or other related disciplines Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in multinational companies, a C Specialist Sound knowledge of China Labor Law and local regulations Strong organizing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work Independently under pressure A team-player, good service mindset, self-motivated, and details-oriented Proficient in both English&Chinese, good command of Microsoft Office skills 任务职责: 协助人力资源经理负责执行广州分行人事管理日常运作,包括薪资管理、员工关系、招聘管理、培训协调等 协调执行公司薪酬福利政策及程序 负责分行员工薪资、社保及住房公积金,以及员工个税管理 与地方各相关部门保持密切联系,更新人力资源相关政策、条例知识 负责人力资源信息系统数据更新及维护,确保数据准确性 协助人力资源经理完成其他交托任务 条件: 本科或以上学历,主修人力资源、英文或其它相关专业 四年以上跨国企业相关工作经验,具薪资福利方面专业经验 熟悉劳动法及地方相关法律法规 优秀组织及分析能力、较强沟通能力及人际关系技巧,能在压力下独立工作 团队协作,良好服务意识,主动,注重细节 良好的中英文能力,熟练操作电脑 .
