职位描述/要求： GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Industrial, Inspection Technologies&Sensing FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Engineering/ Product Development ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a lead design engineer in non-destructive-testing product development, prepare the conceptual and system design of the industrial ultrasonic inspection systems to conform to the appropriate market specification. Work closely with the project manager through the whole NPI process to deliver quality product. Design and implement the ultrasonic NPI products, including system architecture, electronics, software algorithms and mechanical. Be responsible for overall design quality including but not limited to: documenting and executing design validation and verification test plans, disposition design issues from 3rd party reviews, working with manufacturing to ensure design for manufacture guidelines are met. Be responsible for organizing technical review with global technology team. Support business supply chain and sourcing team for products localization and production QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: MS or above degree in EE/Physics or a related discipline 6+ years hands-on experiences in electronics products development, including 3 + years system design experiences, good command of electronic products development process, experiences in electronics products test and certifications, disciplined in design and verification methodologies, Proven track record of leading complicated, multi-disciplined design from conception to release to manufacturing. Our products encompass a wide array of technologies including ultrasonic, analog, digital, display, power supply, signal processing and mechanics, so a broad technical background is required. Analytical approach to technical problem solving, be able to drive open technical issues to closure, Good team player, self-starter, proactive DESIRED: Experience in development of industrial or medical ultrasound, eddy current instrument .
