职位描述 : 1.Responsible for xPON hardware products development process starting from concept to mass production 2.Propose and implement cost improvement ideas on xPON products with good understanding about the system requirements 3.Debug and test prototypes boards with appropriate tools on xPON hardware products 应聘要求 : 1, Minimum 2 years in telecom-related HW/ SYS / SW design and at least 1 year in xPON product development 2, Understanding in details on one of the following a)TDM or VoIP related circuit design b)Optics related circuit design c)Digital ASIC related circuit design 3, Good knowledge on the PBA design principles and rules 4, Good understanding on xPON related standards 5, Familiar with schematic capture tools, experienced in Mentor 6, Familiar with compliance test for ESTI or ANSI such as EMC/EMI 7, Highly motivated, well organized, quick learning and have problem-solving skills. 8, Good English communication skills 9, Work independently and team spirit 10, Strong Optics background, experience in Burst Mode Receiver design and discreet optics design
