职位描述/要求： GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Global Research BUSINESS / DIVISION DESCRIPTION : GEGR: 42-EPT LOCATION / DIVISION 2 : GEGR: 42-EPT FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Engineering/ Product Development ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with research scientists from multidisciplinary teams on programs ranging from long-term and exploratory research to applied research&development to serve many GE businesses Conduct coal conversion (gasification and poly-generation) research and process improvement with focus on inventing new technologies Communicate effectively with GE Global Research Center leadership, GE Energy business, external customers, and team members. Document results through patent applications, technical reports, presentations, and publications QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: PhD/MS in Chemical Engineering /Thermal-engineering/Mechanical Engineering; Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to contribute as part of a cross-functional development team; Excellent problem solving skills - ability to consider overall problem, identify opportunities and implement major changes ; Self-starter, independent thinker, proactive problem solver ; High energy with passion for excellence; Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive goals and targets; Embrace change and technology evolution as an opportunity; Strong environmental, health and safety ethics; Fluent oral and written communication in English.
