职位描述/要求： Responsibilities 1. To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R Head and project manager. 2. To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the R Head. 3. Comply with and follow the directives, instructions and procedures implemented in the R Center. 4. To support the R or HW manager in the task to ensure that the HW design activities fulfill the needs within the R Center in an efficient way. Main tasks 1. Come with inputs to overall system product design 2. Take lead in HW design tasks as a part of larger product design projects 3. Analyze new technologies and existing systems to come up with proposals for either performance or cost improvements. QUALIFICATION 1. University degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent 2. Excellent knowledge of Communication systems and their design 3. Minimum five years experience in a relevant technical areas; e.g. Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet MEF etc), Access technologies (xDSL, PON, CATV etc) or IP Access Aggregation (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc), with proven industry experience. 4. A minimum of three years experience of designing HW, preferable within communication systems in an international company or major Chinese company. 5. Detailed architectural knowledge of FPGA"s, purpose built ASIC"s (i.e. Ethernet Switching ASIC, xDSL chipsets) and communication processor systems. 6. Experience with European and American product certification&approval 7. Understanding of the Telecom market and its players 8. Good communication skills and social ability. 9. Fluent in English speaking and writing. .
