职位描述/要求: Reporting to GSD Region APAC Manager Definition APAC Market Units primary contact towards the GSD APAC organization. Responsibility Regional service delivery quality and monitor Service Delivery Performance towards Mus. MU interface, operational forum and management of delivery escalations. Optimization of regional resources and relevant regional resource coordination between regions. Follow up alignment of GSDC capabilities in relation to the MU tactical resource planning. Make recommendations to optimize cost of delivery and productivity. Manage the request flow in MORE, in accordance with GSD Assignment. Communicate and deploy generic processes, methods and tools to GSDC Competence Areas Management of EDM (Ericsson Delivery Manager), GRM (Global Resource Manager) and PQM (Performance&Quality manager) roles Support GSD Function Area Network Roll-Out initiatives. KPI/Measurement For the region and the product area: Service Evaluation, MU Satisfaction, Request Response Time, Planned Demand, Actual Demand, relevant PA KPIs ( including a cost per delivered unit measurement) Requirements Senior manager comfortable working at all levels of Ericsson management as necessary to inform, escalate, and/or to resolve issues. University graduate with either an engineering degree and strong business sense, or business degree with strong technical skills, or equivalent experience. Project management or line management experience. High drive and customer orientation Solid business understanding Good understanding of Ericsson service delivery and competence management processes Able to work and deliver under high pressure Position requires extensive international travelling .
