职位描述/要求： MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The G/L Accountant will be high-quality accounting professional in the preparation and reporting of Greater China’s results to APC management, corporate finance and external tax bureau in a timely manner in adherence with tax and accounting regulatory requirements. This person will also drive change management programs to improve our financial systems, processes and productivity. Ensure all sets of accounting books for various entities in China are properly accounted for according to US GAAP and PRC GAAP. Monitor&evaluate financial process&systems for both US GAAP reporting and statutory reporting. Define&implement necessary enhancements to improve efficiency and controls. Implement&monitor the effectiveness of internal control policies&procedures to ensure integrity in general accounting areas. Prepare timely reconciliation between G/L&S/L, monthly reporting of financial results and make sure integrity of financial data in GL. Responsible for developing effective process to communicate, understand and manage journal entries posting activities by different entities in general ledgers Facilitate intercompany transactions in the accounting books of Greater China entities Assist senior financial managers in annual audits, including US GAAP group reporting audit, SOX audit and PRC statutory audit. Provide accounting consultation to team members as well as other finance teams to achieve high-quality accounting booking and reporting RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance or related field required. (Professionally recognized accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, will be preferred but substitute for relevant experience) 5 yrs+ of financial and management experience in a company with significant international operations. US GAAP and general financial reporting experience Proficient in Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Multilingual capacity i.e. Mandarin/English; Good oral English is desirable Excellent broad general knowledge of accounting and finance areas Experience in process improvement Experience with multiple financial systems (Oracle preferable) Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin .
