职位描述/要求： Responsibility: 1.This position will be accountable for supporting the overall development of the Engine/Cooling Systems. Decisions may significantly impact overall machine performance, product cost, warranty, sales and customer satisfaction. 2.The incumbent will actively participate in the development of the E/Es technical specs, analysis, design/sourcing/manufacturing/assembly reviews, machine testing, as well as providing support for the current production machine. 3.The job requires constant communication with the Production Engineering Team, the Production Team, the Purchasing Team, the Sales Team, the A/S team and TEREX│Schaeff engineers. 4.The incumbent must be an energetic, results oriented individual who is able to deliver on multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting tight schedules. Qualification: -BS degree in Engine(Power)/Cooling -Engine/Cooling systems knowledge/familiarity/Experience -Experienced in multiple phases of new product development (concept, design, test, analysis) -Diligent and energetic worker having high work standards, accountability, and autonomy -Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting tight schedules -Ability to read and write English .
