职位描述/要求: 工作地点:北京 上海 宁波 沈阳 大连 深圳 广州 无锡 Duties and Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for daily store operation and store development. 卖场管理Store Management: - 每天在至少有两个人在场的情况下开门进店铺,打开开关及防盗系统 - Open the store at least with 2 person , open the systematic. - 检查冷气机、防盗系统、照明系统、防火系统、音响系统等是否正常 - Check all the store equipment. - 巡视整个卖场,安排员工当日工作 - Check all the area of store , arrange the work of staff. - 货品陈列控制,保证店铺水准 - Manage the daily display ,keep the stand of the store - 检查订货、收货 - Order and receive the product - 检查标价是否正确 - Check the labeling 收银管理Casher Management : - 每天开机前检查收银机的情况,查看现金是否与报表一致 - Check the POS&cash when the store open. - 与收银员核对结余的零钱 - Check the change - 签收并检查坏单 - Check the daily debit. 促销管理Promotion: - 促销货品的陈列根据促销表控制 - Manage the promotion including :display , order 员工管理Staff management - 开铺前用15分钟时间开会,简单介绍一下昨天的营业情况,指出员工某方面的好与不足之处,并检查员工制服是否整齐、清洁,员工证是否挂好以及员工是否有迟到、早退或缺席,并介绍新员工 - Do the morning debrief 15 minute before store open. - 安排新员工熟悉环境,配合培训部对其进行入职培训 - Assistant Training Dept do the new staff training , - 了解员工的困难,给予正确的指示,并鼓励员工提出合理化建议 - Motivate&coaching the staff - 传达公司有关改革制度,保证并帮助员工遵守公司规章制度 - Deliver&communicate the Co new policy to staff, insure the staff understand and update it. - 排班 - Staff Roster 货品管理Product Management: - 营业前,安排员工补货、清洁货品 - Arrange the staff to tidy&fill the shift - 采取有效措施,严格控制货品流失 - Control the product lost - 对破损货品应登记后亲自监督,在保安部陪同下予以销毁 - In charge of the dilapidation product , manage it according to the Co policy. - 发现货品失窃,应根据公司相关规定进行处理。 - If have something stolen , must dispose it according to the CO rules. 仓库管理Warehouse Management: - 货品库存量应严格控制在最低水平之上,不得出现有缺货现象 - Keep the stock over minimum stock , not allowed to be out of the stock - 货品应有规划地放在仓库内。 - Tidy the warehouse 文件管理File management - 严格遵循公司的变价制度 - Follow&insure the price change - 文件存档 - Keep the file 结束工作Store Closing - 检查门窗、安全系统 - Check the store&systematic. - 收银机现金清点 - Check the cash - 检查员工离铺情况 - Check the staff then allow them to leave - 开启安全系统,锁门 - Close the door 顾客服务Client service: - 领导并督促员工做好顾客服务工作 - Supervise the staff client service - 礼貌地处理顾客投诉 - Manage the client complain 钥匙管理Key management: - 店铺钥匙专门保管随身携带,不得交与他人 - Keep the store key by themselves Qualifications: - >5 years experience in sales and marketing field, preferably in fast moving consumer goods, fashion, cosmetics. Retail management experience is a plus. - Good planning skill, communication skill,computer skill and presentation skill. - Energetic, creative, honest - Bachelor degree or above and fluent in oral and written English - Enthusiastic and work independently. - Good team work player. .
