Provide world-class technical support and field support to resolve customer ACMD material fabrication issues for our materials and/or with new applications for existing products 为客户提供一流的 ACMD 材料应用相关的技术支持和现场支持 , 包括现存产品的技术支持和新开发的材料应用 2. Support initial evaluation through full commercial adoption of new products . 通过对新产品进行商业应用 , 对新产品进行评价 3. Act as the liaison between internal ACMD operations, and external customers regarding material issues and product requirements. Obtain thorough understanding of customer operations and processing parameters to enable Technical Service Engineer to recommend the best solutions for customer applications, or to solve their fabrication issues . Providing field and customer feedback, identify product issues and modifications to improve customer satisfaction, market acceptance, and usability. 作为 ACMD 部门内部和外部客户沟通的桥梁 , 就 ACMD 材料或相应的产品要求进行沟通 . 了解客户生产和制程参数 , 为客户制定最完佳的应用方案或解决方案 . 提供业界和客户反馈信息 , 确认产品信息 , 提升客户满意度 , 提升产品的市场认可程度和适用性 ; 4. Determine ACMD material suitability for application. Work with customers, (fabricators and OEM’s), and SE’s to design materials into application including design-in, trials, testing and final inspection . 确定 ACMD 材料的适用性 . 与客户和销售工程师通力合作 , 共同设计适合于客户的产品应用方案 , 包括应用方案的设计 , 试用 , 测试和终检过程 ; 5.
