职位描述/要求: OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To help and support team leader to ensure the client’s working environment is maintained to the highest standards and comply with any internal and external legislative guidelines. TEAM Maintain client’s working environment to the highest standards and comply with any internal and external legislative guidelines. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Greeting clients (Internal&external) Greeting clients and guest in friendly and courteous manner -Keeping reception area cleans and tidies -Entertain visitor and register if they want to enter working area. -Monitor of booking system of conference room -Monitor of booking system for car services -Update telephone list 2. Handle Telephone Call -Handling all internal and external calls and leaves down message for associates. -Take routine fax, guide tea lady to separate to BU’s mail box. 3. Help Desk Service Assist to contact with vendors to maintain office facility. -Receive and handle all internal/external documents and all mail (courier services) -liaison with each office in China and update China telephone list on company server. -Secretary support, back up secretary work when they on leave. (as required) -Administer on plant services -Monthly update corporate hotel information -Subscription of newspaper -Coordinate printing name card -Coordinate equipment maintenance - Receive and record BU general enquiry -To coordinate with Building cleaning Team on cleaning matters -Assist to arrange catering services for in-house meetings or functions -Assist in solve problem with BU general enquiries -Centralization of helpdesk services and enquires 4. Sourcing Assist Administrator to collect more vendor’s information, easy to selection. -Stat. monthly expense from each supplier, make sure outlook amount will be more correctly. 5. Administration Service Order stationery and name card printing and pantry item. -Booking conference room, office equipment and coordinate with BU Sec. -Administer on plant service&Subscription of newspaper. -Assist in distribute some office news to BU rep. or Sec. -Assist in general administration support such as collection fax, distribution of materials. -Assist in ad hoc project REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE Education: University Graduated Experience: Minimum 2 years (administrative&front desk) Base Salary: Negotiate Language: Good spoken English APPLICATION PROCESS Please send your CV clearly mentioning the job title in the subject to the HR contact mentioned above at: Email: alice.zhang@ap.jll.com Applicants not invited for interviews within 6 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful.
