职位描述/要求: Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute audits in a time bound manner with support provided by co-sourced agencies being considered to cover the operations of the company in China in accordance with the Group Internal Audit Standards. Document audit work in a systematic and verifiable manner using the audit system (E saw) in terms of samples considered, tests carried out and the audit results. Also be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills including writing of concise audit reports. Communicate and discuss audit issues with the respective process owners in a conclusive and clear manner. Identify and establish action plans in discussion with the local and regional company management. Maintain a pro-active approach with management and operational staff in order to seek continuous improvements and efficiencies in business Carry out in special projects if required, with the approval of Regional Manager Requirements: Six years audit experience out of which at least two years as a Manager with some experience in a Big 4. Preferable experience in auditing commodity trading and derivative businesses; Recognized degree in accounting, business and finance. Good interpersonal skills so as to be able to present audit findings to the process owners and hold discussions with them, Company and Regional management. Fluency in Mandarin is a prerequisite with an ability to communicate verbally, read documents and be in a position to work well with the local audit support in China. A good command over the English language is also essential. Ability to travel with in the region, if required, to execute audit plans; A very good understanding of business systems and possess ability to perform audits through the system. .
