职位描述/要求: Project Managers are responsible for planning the scope, schedule, cost and quality of Interactive projects, and for managing delivery of these projects according to these parameters. That is, determining what has to be done, when it will be done, how much it will cost, who will do it, making sure this happens, and making sure it works. Project Managers begin their involvement in a new assignment by working with other team members to convert project objectives and strategy into a project plan. They lead implementation of the project plan from the moment it is confirmed by the client. Project Managers work closely with team members from each discipline, such as Account Service, Creative, IA, Consulting, Technology and Production, throughout the project cycle. Project Managers must therefore be outgoing team players, with an aptitude for a variety of Interactive disciplines, and must have excellent communication skills. They are project leaders, not project coordinators, of the project team: pro-activity, problem-solving skills, and ability to foresee risks before it happens, are essential. Project Managers are focused on results, and skilled at understanding and responding to client concerns and requirements. An ability to find meaningful project solutions, and at the same time to manage client expectations in a professional way, are prerequisites for success. Responsibilities Plan and manage delivery of Interactive projects, on scope, time, cost and quality Translate project objectives and strategy into a project plan Write quotations, timelines, SOWs, project QA plans Ensure execution of project plan, implementing appropriate controlling processes Implement change management and risk management as appropriate Track ongoing project status, and provide status reports Project team leader Ensure effective communication for all team members Ensure all team members understand and accept their responsibilities Establish priorities among project activities where necessary Pro-actively identify and solve problems or potential problems Brief and manage any outside vendors necessary to successfully complete the project Ensure proper project close-out Prepare project sign-off form for client signature Analyze actual project performance against baseline Initiate project review, where appropriate Provide feedback on team members" performance to their managers, if appropriate Requirements Minimum of two years" experience as a Project Manager Understanding of basic Project Management skills, balancing time, budget and scope Understand fundamental process steps and deliverables in creating Interactive projects, from concept to deployment Good knowledge of MS Project Successful track record across a broad range of Interactive project types Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player - enjoys working within a multi-disciplinary project team Good motivator, organizer and team leader Negotiation and troubleshooting skills High level of attention to detail Good documentation skills Results-focused and willing to challenge obstacles Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines Pro-active problem solving ability Generalist"s understanding of different Interactive skill areas, including but not limited to hosting parameters, front-end and backend coding, multimedia production, sound/video editing, etc. Ability to face the client on a basic level Basic understanding of PMBOK knowledge areas .
