职位描述/要求: Department: Data Services/数据服务 Employment Status: Temporary staff (full-time)/临时员工 (全职) Education: University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics or any degree with quantitative components.大学本科以上, 市场营销、数学、统计学、运筹学或经济学等相关专业 Professional Experiences: Minimum one year working experiences in relevant field至少1年的相关工作经验 Position Purpose : Provide support of OgilvyOne China, for data analysis and data services, whether offline, online, and integrated campaigns. 职位目标: 服务于北京奥美顾客关系行销,提供线上、线下或整合的市场活动的数据分析和其他相关数据服务。 Responsibilities: Consolidate data from various sources into reporting template Data analysis focusing on data issue shooting, vehicle performance and data insight. Use Webtrends, Hitbox or other website tracking tool to perform web traffic analysis. Basic Data Processing and Management using Excel, Access or SPSS. Support of Senior Marketing/Data Analyst or Higher for campaign analysis, customer profiling, consumer insight or other deeper analysis. 职责: 按照既定的报告格式整合不同来源的数据 数据检查和数据洞察 利用Webtrends, Hitbox等在线分析工具进行网站流量分析 利用Excel,Access 和SPSS进行数据处理 协助资深分析人员进行活动分析、顾客特征分析、消费者洞察等其它深层次分析 Requirements : Confident in using MS Excel and MS Access Previous experience of SPSS or other statistical applications necessary. Experience with Webtrends, Hitbox, or other website tracking tools would be an advantage. Good knowledge/understanding of relational database models. Good understanding of database marketing. Excellent communication and reporting skills. High attention to details. Proficient in written&spoken English and Chinese. Enjoys working under pressure.
