职位描述/要求： 职位描述： 1. 带领团队独立运作世界顶级 IT 企业在华公司近 10 个业务部门市场活动的策 划、预算、提案、报价与执行； 2. 维护与拜访客户，收集客户信息，通过分析向公司管理层反馈客户信息； 3. 制定全年销售计划，掌控销售进度，确保按要求完成公司指定任务额； 4. 领导与管理包括 3 位客户经理、 3 位项目经理和 9 位项目执行的团队，确保高 标准的客户服务质量； 5. 负责团队建设与管理，为团队成员提供业务培训与指导，确保团队专业能力 的不断提升。 职位要求： 1. 您必须具有 8 年以上在公关或广告公司从事活动策划的工作经验；您必须具 有至少 2 年客户总监工作经验； 2. 您必须具有服务于全球 500 强中的著名 IT 或通讯企业在华机构的经验； 3. 您必须具有带领团队完成大型活动策划与执行的能力； 4. 您必须具有较强的领导能力、沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神； 5. 您若拥有国家正规院校中文、新闻传播、广告学或相关专业的全日制大学本 科或本科以上学历，您的优势则更加明显； 6. 您是要出提案的，所以您的中文写作功底必须是很强的；熟练使用 Word ， Excel ， PPT 等是最基本的要求； 7. 您需要用英文与客户进行日常的沟通和交流，我们不再相信 4/6 级，只要求您 的英语读、写水平强，听说次之； 8. 您若有海外高等教育的背景，那就更好了。 以上是对此职位的具体描述，剩下的就看您的能力了。 请慎投您的简历。 Job description 1. Leadership in marketing plan, propose, budget, quotation and execution for about 10 department of the world leading IT enterprise in China 2. Maintain strong client relationship, collect and feed back client information 3. Draft annual sale plan, control marketing progress and achieve the appointed objective 4. Lead a team including 3 account manager, 3 project manager and 9 project executive and insure high standard service quality. 5. Responsible for team construction and management, provide professional training and guidance for team member, and drive constant improvement of the team. Job Requirements 1. At least 8 years’ working experience in PR and Advertising companies and 2 years previous experience as Account Director 2. A previous background in renowned IT and telecommunication enterprise among top 500 is a plus 3. Lead the team independently to fulfill planning and execution. 4. Strong leadership, communication and coordination skill, a high spirit of teamwork. 5. Bachelor degree or above in Chinese, Communication&Media, Advertising or relevant major as priority. 6. Excellent Chinese writing skills. Skilled in MS office applications including Word, Excel, and PPT. 7. Good command of English, both reading and writing.
