职位描述/要求： 关于 EF 英孚教育 EF英孚教育自1965年创立于瑞典，以“打破人与人之间所有语言、文化和地域上的界限”为使命，自创立之日起一直走在英语教育的前端。如今，EF 英孚教育已跃居为全球最大的私人教育机构，在全球50多个国家设立了400多所培训中心，学员近1,500万。在中国，英孚已经在50多个城市设立了近80所英语培训中心。EF英孚成为北京2008年奥运会语言培训服务供应商，为能共襄盛举而自豪。 EF英孚教育中国网站： www.ef.com.cn Job Description: 1.carry out the timetable of classes assigned by the DOS(director of Studies) 2.develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary 3.become familiar with and implement the Course Management Procedures 4.administer, correct and record the results of progress reports, tests and assessments for students 5.substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site 6.cooperate with the CM(center Manager) and DOS in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre 7.assist the DOS upon request with the development and marketing of courses and induction of sales and teaching staff into the practices of the centre 8.maintain student and class records 9.assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students 10.carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree above, at least two years English teaching experience 2. TEM-8 or equivalent English level 3. Good at expression and communication 4. be proficient in using Microsoft office and internet 5. Can work under pressure and work at the weekend if it is necessary .
